A few things
you might wonder.

Where does my companion work?

Right where you already make plans: Slack and email. Bring your companion into the conversation to find a time, send the invite, and handle the back-and-forth. It works with your Google Workspace calendar.

Can I bring my team?

Yes—that’s the idea. Bring your companion into a team conversation so everyone can spend less time comparing calendars and more time working together.

Will it protect the time I’ve set aside?

Let teammates book over focus time while keeping it protected from outside requests. Personal appointments stay off-limits.

Meeting in person? Your companion uses mapping data to work out the route, distance, and travel time, then leaves room to get there—with a little extra time to settle in.

What if my plans change?

Tell your companion what needs to move. It coordinates a new time and updates meetings it manages, or works with the organizer on someone else’s invite. When a decision needs you, it brings you in.
